We're focused on keeping toys in orbit which means reducing mass consumption of new toys and distributing toys already in market. By renting with us, we can reduce the toys that often end up in landfills. At the same time, we also are partnering with non-profit organizations to address toy equity. A portion of every rental goes to children in need.

What happens if we lose, break, or damage a toy?
Orbit Crates is here to make your life less stressful, not more! We offer an accident forgiveness policy. If a toy or a piece is broken, lost, or damaged, we are happy to cover the cost the first time for each customer. After one time, you keep the item (and full set, if applicable) and we charge a discounted MSRP to replace.
How are toys cleaned?
We deeply sanitize, disinfect, and inspect all toys when they come in as well as before they are rented out. Our sanitation process involves using soft cloths and brushes to get into cracks and crevices, then additional disinfecting and cleaning methods. Our toys are likely cleaner than those you play with at libraries and museums!
What if my child falls in love with an item?
We love to hear your kids love our toys! Today, you can contact us directly about purchasing an item: hello@orbitcrates.com. We are working on enabling this feature directly on our website. Stay tuned!
Are you accepting donations?
Yes! Donations are core to our company values by focus on consuming less and protecting our environment. E-mail us at hello@orbitcrates.com for free pickup and delivery in CT.
What if I can't find a toy my child wants?
As a rotating toy company, toys are always coming in and out of stock. Check back regularly to see if the toy you were looking for is back in stock. We are also updating our toy inventory with new items every week. And finally, we are committed to offering our customers the best membership experience possible. That means, we will often search out new toys our members want to satisfy their next swap. If you are a member and looking for specific toys, contact us at hello@orbitcrates.com so we can stock up on toys that your child loves best and then rent them others!
